She cleans her hands before doing anything to her clients, changes towels, etc.

I walked in without an appointment and only waited 5 minutes top before it was my turn. The owner made sure to sanitize the area and alternate chairs which I appreciated.
I explained to the owner it was my first time and that I wanted a natural look, and the owner made sure to check in throughout the threading to make sure that I was okay. Very quick service, owner expected me to flinch and adjusted accordingly, and the end result was great.’
