I’ve been going to Laxmi for maybe 5 years now. I moved a bit further away and I choose to continue to go to her studio because the atmosphere is so clean and relaxing. Her studio has become very popular over the years and it’s great to see because Laxmi is great. I’ve brought my friends here and they all love her work. Highly recommend!

I think laxmi probably would have done a great job but the woman in the second chair gave me thin triangle eyebrows. I even told her while she was working on my brows to make sure they stay thick. Then when I pointed it out, she tried to tell me that’s what I’d asked for.
As someone who needs months to grow out her brows to make them thick enough to shape, the results of this appointment made me wanna cry.
Laxmi tried her best to fix them, but they still look pretty whack. I know hair grows back, but this was really frustrating considering all the 5 star reviews this place has.
I didn’t have to pay, but the point is I would have been happy to pay for someone who would actually listen to my needs.
Sigh.

This is the third time I have been. I was able to call and get a convenient appointment. Laxmi did such a great job threading my eyebrows and side of my face. I have very sparse eyebrows and I was impressed. It was safe, clean and I wore a mask. I would recommend, Threading for Beauty to everyone!!

I advice for sure. I went other there for my sister, as we are French, we always did our eyebrows by threading in France. In Boston, we didn’t find a place that we could trust to do our eyebrows. This day, I saw this place on Google and decided to go. The decoration is beautiful and cozy, you can definitely feel the “relaxing ambiance” over there. The woman seems shy but this doesn’t matter as she is professional and does her job really well. Indeed, my sister visited many threading places and she said this one is a really good one.
PS: They have some free candies, to me, this attention illustrates the feeling of “Relax, we will take good care of your beauty” which seems to promote this shop.

Absolutely love this place! Been going here for the past 3 years, found it one day searching up threading near me and now all my friends & family come here too. Very clean & very affordable. They do an amazing job every time. You won’t regret it!

Nice friendly fast service. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a nice woman. She walked me over to one of the chairs and explained how the process would feel (First timer).
She told me if any breaks were needed then let her know. The process took no more then 10 minutes. When she was done she told me about the loyalty program and stamped my card. 10 threadings and you get a threading free. (Eye brows)
I would recommend the shop and I will be returning for my next threading in 3 weeks.

Always very professional quick and friendly! Even now with Covid; must call and check availability first but never a long wait! Laxmi is THEE BEST HANDS DOWN!

I saw Laxmi here about two weeks ago based on a recommendation from a friend. I was very nervous because A.) this was my first time going to a different brow lady in 3 years B.) I had never gotten threading done, I’m usually a waxer. However Laxmi made the process comfortable and shockingly painless. She was receptive of what I wanted for my brow shape and executed it well. She gave me instructions for brow care in the meantime so that I can fully achieve the shape I desire. The prices are more than fair and my brows still look great! The only thing was that it was completely silent in the salon which was a bit awkward.

After a few poor experiences at other threading salons in the Boston area, I’m thrilled to have found Threading for Beauty! Everyone who works there is so kind, extremely reasonable prices, CLEAN, quick, and leaves me with beautiful brows! Can you possibly ask for more? 5+ stars for Threading for Beauty!!

Yesterday ::: So i was on my way to buy a tweezer and stumbled upon this newley, opened for business, eyebrow place ! Threading?! …. I said no way not in roslindale ? Couldnt be….. Im very picky with my eyebrows (hence _ i do them myself cuz i trust nobody) But i walked in and i cant begin to tell you that my eyebrows have NEVER been done this quickly and they are looking like a million bucks !!!! You will not be dissapointed PERFECT location ! The lady is wonderful and truly knows what she is doing. Also she has a grand opening sale for the rest of the month of May ONLY 8$ ! Go support !
