Never ever again will I go to this place. I used to go to Anita at New Kaya Salon. The place seems to be sold. When I called to make an spot with Cynthia she told me that a story that wasn’t true and encouraged me to come In and get my threading done. I went and Anita was gone as was Amy. The store was BARE! She did my eyebrows and upper lip. I told her I like my eyebrows thick but she ate them up. I’m not sure if she was reusing thread or she didn’t properly clean her hands but when I went home. Noticed my skin on my upper lip was so aggravated. It formed a blister and now two weeks later I still have a scar that I pray isn’t perm. on the left side of my lip. No hygiene at all! DO NOT GO THERE OR TRUSR HER! I

i dont hav a good experience of this place i was told i can come in at 10 & the person will attend me & i waited till 10:45 and the person didnt show up 🙁 although i informed through receptionist tht her customer is here bt i guess she had something more important than me so finally when the person came she started my eyebrows which wasn’t good at all bt i had no other option cos unfortunately none are open on Monday It ws my Religious holiday & i ws really excited to get something fr my hair and she tried curls which didnt look lik curl at all so i just paid & left when i came out i saw myself closely in the car mirror i disliked my brows went back in asked the person to fix it i ws told to waut fr the customers in front to be done first………just fr fixing ???? then when i complained fr 40 mins wait & her not coming i ws told i didnt make any appointment not acknowledging tht i did & called 3 times too bt the person didnt wanna take any responsibility was not apologetic at all & the owner instead said tht my employee had something really important to do in the post office so she cudnt come & she started arguing about it ????? as a customer i had such an experience tht i will nevr go back there & will always regret not fighting back wasting my 45 mins and CRYING IN CAR ON MY EID DAY just bcos of them this attitude isnt proffessional at all seeing me crying so much my husband called them to fight & the owner started fighting back & didnt listen to what we wer saying instead kept on talking disrespectfully & then hung up…..cant believe all this happend what a waste
