Aalia A.-Great service, professional and friendly owner who also did my haircut. I hadn’t cut my hair in a long time and the ends were so damaged from that and also the ends were dyed. I was worried about losing too much length but she assured me it wouldn’t lose much and at the same time be healthy again. She was right and it turned out great. I also usually don’t like my hair being blown dry because it’s too puffy but she did it really well I actually loved it. COVID-19 – yes I had a salon appointment during the pandemic. I needed a cut (hadn’t cut in two years) and also wanted to support a business during these times. The salon took great precautions. There were only two other people inside besides me and the hairstylist. They had hand sanitizer at the front desk and they also sell masks. But you need to be wearing a mask to enter. The stylist was the only staff member there which is super safe and she was wearing a mask too.
Yvonne X. I went for the first time in Feb. and got a wash, condition, something called a Demi-permanent color, and twists. The place is very clean. No tumbleweeds of hair rolling around the floor, lol. Nicky and Joanne are courteous and professional and know their stuff. Joanne gave me a black Demi color. It’s almost April and it hasn’t faded yet! That’s NEVER happened. Usually by this time my grays are showing. My twists turned out great! She put a foamy mousse on and proceeded to give my natural hair mini twists. They were soft and movable and she used no gel! Why can’t I find someone who understands my hair like that in the Bronx? I will definitely be returning.
