Amazing customer service! This was my first time going in since I live in Carlsbad, but they seem to treat everyone like friends and family! And I could tell that a few people coming in for their appointments were regulars, to me that was a great sign!
I went in for a Brazilian and Roaa was quick and efficient! I’ve known people that consider a “quick wax” to mean you’re being rushed out by the employee, but we had such great conversation throughout I really didn’t get that feeling at all! Will definitely be returning soon! ? would recommend and from what I saw they do wonders with hair coloring/styling!

Roaa is very educated in her field. No need to travel to outside of Roswell to receive professional hair color or other services. Roaa is working with me to repair my hair from previous stylist and color. If I could give her 100 stars I would! I have been to many high end salons in different states and by far she is the best.

What can I say about LuLu’s? Other than they are amazing people and definitely know what they’re doing. First time here and would definitely continue coming back. My hair needed to be brought back to life and they accomplished it with a beautiful biolage hair color, trim and style. I’m recommending all of my friends to come visit and see for themselves, they won’t be disappointed!

I am totally obsessed with my sexy, red 3D hair! Roaa took me from a drab blonde to a hot redheaded goddess! I’ve never had so many compliments before. I highly recommend LuLu Salon and Day Spa. They are extremely talented, punctual and have many trendy services available like micro-blading and Brazilian blowout. I am a client for life!

She had her husband tone my hair rather than herself. It turned out to look as grey as a fairytale witch’s hair– not blonde as I asked for. The cost $400 for something that I had to go and fix. Worst salon appointment of my life.

I love this day spa salon. Very attentive and professional service. I had my hair cut & styled by Roa. She gets my cut done perfectly every time. She gives styling tips & suggestions and just provides the extra personalized service one doesn’t get in most places I’ve tried. My hair is considered “virgin” hair & very fine. She knows how to get my cut just right to give it that fullness & body it needs. Thank you Roa!
