Always the most wonderful staff! I have been coming here since peek covid, and I am so impressed by the attention to detail that the staff take and the care that is given to the cleanliness of the space. They put such important on making the customers feel comfortable. I always go to Melissa, she is lovely and does the best brows in the city!

Zyra is amazing, as always! I came in a little early and to keep with social distancing she asked me to come back in 10 – they have 2 stylists working and 1 client each at a time, so a max of 4 people in the store at once! Both of the girls were wearing masks and hand sanitizer was provided.
She gave me a quick little clean up and I was in and out within 10 min! Always appreciate her doing an awesome, quick and efficient job! See you next time!

Okay, you call. You make an appointment, you show up early for appointment, wait patiently and quietly. It’s about 95 degrees outside. I have a mask. I am vaccinated. The first person comes in and says please wait here. I’ll be out shortly. I respond sure take your time no worries I’ll shop for a full line. Her coworker comes in. It’s raining outside. She kicks us out and says rules are rules. Wait outside. “My appointment is coming up in a few minutes”. She just rolled her eyes and rudely escorted me out. I was so looking forward to getting my brows threaded and buying all the products. I have gotten benefit before but never really knew how to use them. Unfortunately due to my heart I cannot wait in the heat and rain for her to open up. I post this so others know what inconsiderate staff are employed at this location.

This review is for Zyra’s fantastic job! After a bad eyebrow job (elsewhere), I had been growing out my eyebrows for almost a year and, as you can understand, I was incredibly nervous to try a new place. I did my research beforehand and found that Zyra had the most amazing reviews. She tinted my eyebrows first, then thread and finished by tweezing. Zyra explained everything she was doing step-by-step and, even though she was the one with the thread/tweezer in hand, I felt in control from start to finish. I am very happy with the result (see pic). I am still growing out my eyebrows and I will definitely be back to see Zyra.
