Been going to lili’s for a while now and it’s great. Samra does an awesome job with threading and waxing and is also incredibly friendly to customers. I couldn’t speak more highly of her. They also treat sensitive skin very well during all skin treatments and hair removal.

Really like 3.5 stars but they deserve a round up because of the pricing. Let me prep you on the environment first. They have a few rooms for services to be performed but they’re not real rooms. Just dry wall that doesn’t go up to the ceiling. I was waiting for my appointment and the girl that was in the room was a first time brazilian wax and you could hear her the entire time. Cursing and breaking the bed and all. So just a preface on the privacy situation first.
As for my actual waxing experience, I brought a groupon to try their brazilian chocolate wax. I think they try to sell an upgrade to everyone to their blue wax which is supposed to be for sensitive skin I believe. I declined. My waxer was quick with the chocolate wax which I appreciated. They fill a cup with the chocolate wax from the outside so there’s no double dipping in that sense.
As I left, she did give me a card that she said will honor the Groupon price for the next visits. I believe I saw a sign on the front door that they offer a basic Brazilian for $15.

I went here to try the “sensitive skin” cream wax. The ladies here are nice but it was the most painful wax I’ve ever gotten, and gave me the worst reaction I’ve ever had (and I never get reactions from wax). I’m still feeling the pain from it days later. Not to mention, it didn’t even get all the hair. When I went back to talk to them about it the next day, they told me my skin is fine but I should try a different wax next time. My skin was not fine and I was not going to try a different wax from them if their “sensitive” one gave me a reaction. I guess they have no idea how customer service works. I won’t be going back.

I loved my experience here. I apologize for not having a name to share, but the woman who helped me was INCREDIBLE. First, I called to check and see if walk-ins were okay. The call went to voicemail, but as soon as I hung up, she returned my call.
The prices are AMAZING…I did my brows, lip, and chin for about $16. She checked with me multiple times to make sure I wasn’t in pain. Threading is always a little uncomfortable, but she is so quick that it really isn’t bad–promise!
Here’s a selfie to show her work. I am so impressed with my brows and happy to have found my go-to place. Enjoy!
