I’m so happy that I decided to give Uncle Nat’s a try. I was worried about the price but after my session I am very excited to go back. I was drawn to their mission and once I arrived the energy was so warm and inviting. Nat’s intake was informative and our session went so smoothly. I decided to treat myself and add on the pumpkin pre-care. It was so lovely.
Looking forward to going back and trying their other services!

Natalie and Sel were A DREAM. Not only is the location super clean and cozy (two top qualities for me personally) but the services themselves were done fabulously. I truly do not think there is another sugaring small business like this one.
Both Natalie and Sel were welcoming, warm, friendly and considerate in ensuring my experience was nothing less than five stars. I initially went in for one service, and because of the timing between clients, Sel was able to accommodate me and add in a quick post-care service. The entire experience was perfect and I left super satisfied + excited to return (which is rare considering how picky I am about absolutely everything).

My first visit to Sugaring Brooklyn was the most outstanding personal care appointment I have had. It took my leaving and walking home from my sugaring appointment at the end of it for me to pause and reflect on how every aspect of the experience was so extremely intentional and thoughtful as a result of Natalie’s vision and priorities in creating a gender-affirming body positive salon. The consultation for new clients was helpful in preparing me for what to expect with the services I booked and making me feel comfortable and safe, and encouraged in whatever look or result I wanted to achieve. Everyone at Sugaring Brooklyn works extremely patiently with you.
Visiting Natalie’s salon was and still is a treat to myself. I genuinely look forward to my next visit which was not always the case before. It is also a precedent for future visions of how personal care spaces can and should operate to prioritize making their clients feel comfortable no matter their previous experience.
