I came here to get my eyebrows threaded and am very disappointed with the service. There is a significant amount of hair that wasn’t removed. The service also felt very rushed. There were multiple women who came in for appointments even though there didn’t appear to be enough staff to service everyone in a timely manner (I was a walk-in). Disappointing experience. I came here because of the good reviews.

I went to OM Threading and Spa for the very first time and I love it. Although it is busy and I am waiting for tech, the atmosphere is pleasant and the lady kept us informed that we would be served as soon as possible. Will definitely be coming back.

First and only visit so far and I really liked it. I was immediately greeted when I came in and didn’t have to wait at all! The lady was super gentle and did a great job threading my eyebrows. However, I realized threading is not for me because it’s super painful and this has nothing to do with this place but it’s just a personal opinion. I was given a frequent customer card to get free threading after a certain amount of treatments. They had chocolate treats for customers. Nice and clean place, great service.

Upon walking in I felt welcomed by HarShida who was very professional and I discovered most skilled. I went in to get some henna done but watched in awe as my friend got her brows threaded and tinted. It turned out BEAUTIFUL! My henna design to the inside wrist…Ah…MAZING! I cannot wait to go back! FABULOUS..I have told any and everyone..GO, be a part of that…YES, it’s a WRAP!!!

I’ve been going here religiously for two years. I’m a wimp when it comes to hair removal and cries every time. The two ladies I’ve seen are so kind to me every time I tear up, never judging. Other places I have been always left me feeling like just a pocket full of money instead of a person receiving a service.
I’ve gotten eyebrow threading, leg wax, armpit wax, and facial. All nice on the skin and nice on the wallet.

Harshida is the most consistent and talented eyebrow threader in DFW. I have been seeing her for over a decade. I drive 45 minutes to Arlington to see her. Somehow she does it so it’s not painful at all, she makes the shape beautiful every time, she never misses a hair!

Y’all listen!
I bought a Groupon for a Brazilian wax this is what I get for being cheap. I usually go to EWC and I’ve been to a few other places, but I won’t be here not for a wax. I’m giving them 3 stars because I’m not going to tarnish this business just because the experience for me wasn’t for me. The customer service is nice the lady was so sweet omg. However, this waxing is a NO-GO I’ve never had a “strip bikini wax” normally EWC just pulls the wax off it’s very painless (except when she does my vagina lips) !!! Literally, she used the same wax that she can do eyebrows with oh my corse vagina hair. Let me just say that first pull was like WTF! When she made it to the boat and lips I Tapped out. I’m normally can just scroll on my phone if I am talking and laughing to my lady at EWC and boom less than 10 mins I’m out. IM IN THIS BIHH straight sweating and cussing. EWC is $50 I was trying to save a few coins but not anymore. I GOT TF UP & still has wax on me. Then afterward she asks does I want a wipe I’m like huh? After you get waxed you are supposed to avoid moisture and sweating down there. I really hope I don’t break out or anything because I was getting waxed for my honeymoon this weekend. I really could say more but ladies do your research
UPDATE: I HAD. TO TAKE A STAR AWAY MAN WTF MY VAGINA AIN’T BEEN THE SAME SINCE I’VE BEEN HERE.
I got hairs growing out of the same follicle and ingrown hairs and ingrown hair bumps. Shoutout to EWC ingrown hair stuff and for helping me get it together.

Hirshy is the bomb. She cleaned up the brows but still left them thick. Very detail-oriented and will make corrections until you were satisfied with no complaints. I live in Plano but will continue to make the trip to see her
